This is a premium, late-night operation known for delivering a high-energy guest experience, exceptional drinks standards and immersive entertainment. The venue trades at serious volume and requires a strong number two who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
The Role:
Support the General Manager in leading the full venue operation
Oversee busy late-night services and high-volume trade
Drive guest experience, team performance and sales
Lead, train and develop a large front-of-house team
Manage labour control, stock, compliance and financial performance
Ensure operational standards and licensing requirements are maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
Current AGM or Senior Manager within a premium bar, nightclub or late-night venue
Proven experience in high-volume, drinks-led environments
Strong leadership presence and confident decision-maker
Commercially aware with solid financial understanding
Comfortable managing large teams and late-night operations
