Assistant General Manager - Catering & Hospitality, London, £35k - £38k

Located in Central London, we are looking for a passionate and outgoing Assistant General Manager with a strong background in Catering & Hospitality to join our clients' team and focus on offering an outstanding level of customer service.

So what you will be doing?
* Help lead and motivate a good, established team offering support where needed
* Take responsibility for day to day Catering & Hospitality operations including ordering, stock take and rotas
* Be hands on where needed - able to roll up sleeves and jump in be it serving customers, clearing tables or making coffees
* Talking to customers and client facing with the ability to liaise with people on a variety of levels including VIPs

Working hours are 5/7 days (including weekends on a rota), 40 hrs per week

What we are looking for:
* An Assistant Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Supervisor keen to continue learning
* PASSION! with bags of personality and the ability to talk to anyone in a professional manner
* A strong background in Hospitality - ideally with private members club or high end bar/restaurant/events experience
* Someone who wants to learn, develop and work in a unique environment
* A friendly and confident manner with flexibility and a positive attitude
