Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Maths faculty to deliver a well‑designed, challenging curriculum.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Faculty and other department leaders to plan and improve teaching practice.
Analyse data, lead improvement strategies and support colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for all students.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, professional resilience and the ability to inspire both staff and students.
Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, national educational strategies and the school's co‑operative values.
Contribute to faculty leadership, model best practice and support the development of others, playing a key role in raising standards and shaping the future success of the department.
