This full-time, permanent role comes with a TLR2b (£5,640) and involves leading on Key Stage 4 Science provision, supporting curriculum development, and helping drive teaching and learning across the department.

Lead on the strategic delivery and assessment of Science at KS4
Monitor data and coordinate interventions for pupil progress
Contribute to curriculum development, planning, and resource creation
Support departmental CPD and whole-school initiatives
Model high-quality teaching and contribute to a culture of ambition and success
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong experience teaching Science, ideally with KS4 focus
Excellent subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
Strong communication, planning, and team leadership skills
Desire to grow within a supportive and ambitious school environment
