Assistant Head Sommelier Medlar, Chelsea Medlar is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to join our established, quality-driven restaurant in Chelsea. Working closely with the Head Sommelier and senior management, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a thoughtful and well-balanced wine program, alongside warm, knowledgeable service.
