About the Role
A forward-thinking secondary school in Keighley is seeking an experienced and committed Assistant Head Teacher (Behaviour) to join their senior leadership team. This is a key strategic role within the school, focused on driving high standards of behaviour, attendance, and student engagement.
You will be instrumental in shaping a positive, inclusive, and consistent behaviour culture across the school, ensuring that every student is supported to succeed both academically and personally. This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on pastoral support.
The position is available immediately and will run on an ongoing basis until July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
