Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and operational support across the school. Collaborate with the Interim Head Teacher to deliver school improvement plans. Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and pupil wellbeing. Lead and inspire staff teams to create a positive, inclusive environment. Essential Requirements: Proven leadership experience within an educational setting (Assistant Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, or similar). Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and experience supporting pupils with complex needs. Ability to lead change and motivate staff effectively.
