Winner Education are recruiting for an Assistant Headteacher on behalf of a primary school in Sandwell. This role is part time, on a long-term basis. You must be readily available to start immediately due to the urgency to fill this position. Roles and Responsibilities: - Work closely with the senior leadership team within the trust to support the development and growth of the school - Report directly into the Headteacher - Strategic development and direction within the whole school - Attend relevant meetings inside and outside of the school and provide feedback to SLT with updates on policies and practices - Liaise with outside agencies - Have an active communication with all parents of pupils within the school The successful Assistant Headteacher must: Have previous experience working in a SEN children Hold a QTS or recognised equivalent NPQSL is desirable but not essential Have previous Assistant Headteacher/Senior Leadership experience Demonstrate working with high standards as part of an SLT Be inspirational to both fellow colleagues and pupils Show willing to go ‘above and beyond' Display strong leadership skills Why supply with Winner Education?
