About the position Check that the bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standards Supervise a team Clean and prepare rooms before arrival Help with stock takes Maintain the communal areas Ensure all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations are strictly enforced in line with the standards to ensure guests and colleagues' safety Train and develop the team Report on any maintenance or safety issues The successful candidate Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor Ideally experience in hotels or luxury venues Must be fluent in English both written and spoken Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile An understanding for H&S policies
