Work with the HR Manager to provide an excellent HR service for the organisation. Lead on the HR system (Staffsavvy), ensuring all onboarding and recruitment is completed in an efficient and timely fashion in line with internal policies and legal requirements. Work with the HR Manager to develop the system and maximise its use across the organisation. Have a working knowledge of employment law, be able to offer first level advice to managers on HR policies and procedures. Act as the first point of contact for our employees on HR matters. Monitor and liaise with managers about sickness and probation, escalating any issues and seeking guidance from the HR Manager. Provide accurate and efficient HR coordination and administration.
