Hill & Hill are currently recruiting for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a prestigious client delivering super prime residential developments. The role will support the commercial management of high-end residential projects, ranging from single luxury dwellings to larger residential developments, across West Sussex and surrounding areas.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a quality-led business working on some of the region’s most prestigious residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the commercial management of super prime residential projects valued between £2M – £10M.

Support the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and financial reports.

*

Assist with subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, and package placement.

*

Help manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and interim payments.

*

Assist with variations, change control, and final account processes.

*

Work closely with Site Managers and Contracts Managers to monitor project costs.

*

Contribute to value engineering exercises while maintaining high-quality standards.

*

Ensure commercial procedures and contractual requirements are followed.
