An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lettings professional to join a busy Watford Estate Agency as an Assistant Lettings Manager / Valuer. This role focuses on generating new business, supporting branch performance, and maintaining high service standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently operating at Senior Negotiator level or above: this position offers the chance to step into a more senior, revenue-generating role within a supportive and professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and conducting lettings appraisals
• Winning new instructions and supporting portfolio growth
• Prospecting for new business and increasing local market presence
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Supporting daily lettings activity within the branch
• Maximising income through cross-selling additional services
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within the residential lettings industry is essential
• Experience at Senior Negotiator or similar level preferred
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning business
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional, confident manner with strong relationship-building ability
