For the right candidate, this role offers a salary of up to £40,000 and there's a requirement to be fully on-site. The Role As Assistant Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily lettings operations while supporting a busy team. You'll be responsible for leading the full applicant journey from initial enquiry through to move-in, as well as coordinating tenancy renewals and maintaining compliance standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and responding to property enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service Leading the team through the lettings process, from application to move-in Overseeing tenancy renewals and supporting rent review processes Coordinating property listings across key digital, social, and print marketing platforms Working cross-functionally with internal departments to support property readiness and launch timelines Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and internal policies
