Your new role We are looking for a dedicated and organised Assistant Local Housing Manager to join our Retirement Living team. This customer-facing role supports the Local Housing Manager in delivering high-quality housing and support service to residents, ensuring they can live independently in a safe and welcoming environment.No two days are the same - you'll assist with compliance checks, repairs, budgeting, and community engagement, while helping to create a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for residents. Key Responsibilities Assist with health & safety checks, compliance audits, and record-keeping. Support reactive repairs and planned maintenance projects. Help manage void properties and ensure timely allocation. Organise events and activities to reduce social isolation and promote community engagement. Respond to anti-social behaviour, complaints, and safeguarding concerns in line with policy. Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.
