A fast-growing production organisation is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and assist with a range of finance Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and highlight variances. Prepare and post general ledger journals. Support physical stock checks. Assist with year-end audit files and grant claims. Perform ad-hoc finance duties as required. take the lead on accurate VAT control and accounting excellence Requirements 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English. IATI qualification (or equivalent). At least 3 years' experience supporting management accounts. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with integrated accountancy systems.
