Assistant Management Accountant

Nottingham | Hybrid (2 days on site) £30-32k + Study Support + Bonus + Benefits (including enhanced annual leave)

Eaton Syalon are exclusively partnering with a growing, multi-site business to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion, a clear reflection of the progression routes available within the finance team.

The Opportunity

This is not a transactional role.

You’ll be joining a commercially focused finance function, supporting in management reporting, stakeholder interaction and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

* Balance sheet reconciliations

* Producing margin and performance reports for internal stakeholders

* Journals including accruals and prepayments

* Supporting preparation of monthly management accounts

* Liaison with operations, resolving queries and building productive working relationships

* Running P&L reports and analysing performance

* Analysis of high volumes of data

* Partnering with Payroll, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions

* Supporting process improvement initiatives
