Your new role
You will join a supportive Finance Team, working closely with a Management Accountant and Finance Manager to deliver high quality monthly management accounts and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. If you love structure, thrive on detail, and enjoy being the go to person for all things finance, you'll feel right at home.

Preparing monthly management accounts
Producing and posting journals
Posting and reconciling month end sales recharges
Managing monthly prepayments and accruals
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Producing monthly financial packs for clients and property managers
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Liaising with investors and responding to queries
Supporting weekly and quarterly payment runs
Acting as an internal contact for accounting queries
Handling ad‑hoc finance tasks as needed

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in purchase ledger
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Positive, proactive, and ready to add value quickly.
Studying AAT or early stages of ACCA/CIMA
2-3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role, including month‑end
Proven experience across core accounting tasks
