Assistant Management Accountant

Location: Leyland (Hybrid Working) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £30k We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. This permanent position is based in Leyland with hybrid working and occasional travel, offering the perfect mix of hands-on finance exposure and flexibility. It's ideal for someone early in their management accounts journey who's keen to build on their experience in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the production of monthly management accounts and site-level P&Ls

Prepare and post journals (WIP, accruals, prepayments, provisions)

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances

Work with SAP to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support commercial decisions

Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operational teams on projects and cost control
