Overview:
This position supports a growing energy and utilities advisory team, with a focus on regulation and policy for network infrastructure. The team combines expertise in economics, strategy, and finance to advise public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver work on multiple engagements related to energy networks and regulatory strategy.
- Support senior colleagues in business development and client management.
- Conduct structured and creative problem solving using economic and analytical techniques.
- Produce market intelligence and develop regulatory insights.
- Engage with clients and help develop internal and external relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Passionate about the energy sector and regulatory policy.
- Experience in the utilities industry, regulatory bodies, or consultancy roles.
- Knowledge of Ofgem's RIIO framework, microeconomics, and regulatory finance.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; postgraduate degree preferred.
