Small growing independent restaurant groups is looking for an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in their great Brunch Cafe Restaurant in Muswell Hill
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager or Supervisor to join a small growing restaurant group that is really well thought off within the industry. This is going to be a great place for an Assistant Manager to work, where the Founder really knows how to look after their people and has proven experience of creating incredibly successful restaurant concepts.
The right Assistant Manager or Supervisor must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards.
The right Assistant Manager will have a proven track record of driving a business's sales. The Assistant Manager will know and how to work with in a company's set standards and work with company KPIs whether they be financial or operational.
The right Assistant Manager will be able to (and Keen to) move into a General Manager role within the next couple of years.
What's most important to our client is that the Assistant Manager has a really positive personality and has a passion for service and over delivering on their guests expectations.
