The Role
Support day-to-day operations and lead the team on shift

Drive sales through events and local engagement
Manage and grow the pub's social media presence
Assist with stock control, labour, and compliance
About You
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership and floor presence
Passion for hospitality, food, and drink
Confident managing social media platforms
