Assistant Manager - Retail Catering
Location: Bradford Royal Infirmary
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends)
Salary: £32,000 per annum

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. This is a full-time role overseeing Compass Group UK&I retail catering and service operations.

As an Assistant Manager, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly while helping to deliver outstanding food experiences. • Liaise between the team and management to consistently exceed expectations
• Motivate and support the team to maintain high performance
• Assist with inventory management, budget monitoring, and action planning
• Manage tills and process payments accurately
• Support and train team members, leading by example
• Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork as required
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop new skills
