What you'll be doing:
Engaging with customers and existing clients to maximise retail and service sales Spotting retail upselling opportunities, especially with customers visiting for tool servicing Supporting your Store Manager with daily operations, team development, and performance Delivering great visual merchandising and maintaining excellent store standards Working towards personal and team KPIs to drive retail growth
