ASHFROD: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, Salary up to £32,000 + Company Benefits


A contemporary luxury fashion house, known for its refined aesthetic, elevated essentials and strong heritage within womenswear and menswear, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Ashford boutique.

This is an opportunity to join a brand that blends modern sophistication with timeless design, offering a client-focused environment and a strong commercial approach.


Key responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving targets

Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an exceptional client experience

Build and maintain long-term relationships with a loyal and international clientele

Oversee daily operations, stock management and visual standards

Motivate, coach and develop the team to ensure high performance and engagement

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in service and presentation


Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury or premium retail

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

Commercial awareness and ability to drive KPIs

Excellent communication skills and natural ability to engage with clients

Well-presented with a genuine passion for fashion and styling

Fluent English required
