You'll be the on-floor leader, working alongside the Deputy and General Managers to: Confidently manage nightly floor operations with pace, precision and energy Keep safety, licensing and guest experience at the highest level Supervise, scheduleand motivate front-of-house teams (bar, servers, security) Lead conflict resolution, crowd control and emergency protocols Manage nightly financial reporting and inventory control About You Personal License Holder (preferred but not essential) 2+ years in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or nightclub A hands-on, solutions-led leader who thrives under pressure Brilliant communicator, calm, clear and authoritative Passionate about nightlife, music and high-energy environments Ready to work late nights and lead from the middle of the dancefloor
