The Assistant Manager will: Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while simultaneously upholding Shack standards of Hospitality in all interactions. Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members by participating in the training, development, and performance management of people. Complete operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.) at the Shack to ensure operational excellence and financial health of the business. We will provide a 6-8 week training program with 4 weeks of hands-on application and certification program to prepare you for success.
