Our team is growing! We are looking for an Assistant Office Administrator to join our team in our Enfield office!

Job title: Assistant Office Administrator
Reports to: Office Manager
Location: Enfield, London (Fully office based)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, plus one weekend every 5 weeks on call.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with clients' requests over phone and email.
- Work closely with the crew coordinators to organise crew and support clients.
- Provide cover for the Office Manager when out of office.
Person, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
- Experience within the events industry is a bonus, but not required.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or/and French.
- Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Self-starting with the ability to approach and resolve challenges.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as time management skills.
- Team player.
- Efficient with a can-do attitude and a bright, enthusiastic personality.
