Office Assistant – Immediate Start – Part-time (3x a week) – 8-week contract - £200 p/d (Inside IR35) – London


Office Assistant needed to join our drinks manufacturing client on an immediate, part-time contract. They are looking for a proactive and organised individual to help keep their office running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting staff and suppliers, and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.


You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to carry out morning office checks (ensuring meeting rooms are functional and ready for use), manage sample and promotional deliveries, and support overall office coordination.


Key requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with Google Workspace

• Ability to manage deliveries and greet visitors

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Office assistant or customer service background (nice to have)

• Available for an immediate start


This role requires a candidate who can start immediately and is happy to join a part-time, 8-week contract.


Location: London – part-time, 3x a week in office

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: £200 p/d (Inside IR35)
