Position: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid Working. Home / London Region and Home Counties (Typically 2 days from home and 3 days onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (occasionally may be required to work out of hours as per business demands)
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Contract: Permanent.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Assistant Operations Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential estates located around the London Region and Home Counties being responsible for managing the onsite teams, ensuring SOP's are adhered to, supporting with H&S compliance and leading by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures, and values.
- You will be responsible for carrying out fire door inspections for your buildings.
- You'll have experience managing staff including appraisals, recruitment, training and development, performance management as well as any relevant employment related issues including managing the disciplinary process.
- You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
- You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in property management with a proven track record in delivering excellence, managing leaseholder queries, working safely, and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage, and inspire others.
- You'll be a confident communicator to work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships with residents, and contractors.
- You are computer savvy, able to think on your feet and take initiative.
- You'll have a good understanding of the property industry and will closely with the property management team to ensure compliance at all your sites.
