We are proud to continue the tradition of excellent customer service delivered through our fantastic teams.The Assistant Operations Manager role is a full-time position, 42 hours per week, on a 5 days out of 7 contract.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for Health and Safety/Facilities & Loss Prevention within the store, ensuring compliance across the store.You will need to provide an effective loss prevention service to both customers and staff within the store, including investigations, in-store systems and accident reporting.You must be a good communicator, able to develop relationships at all levels.You will be the main point of contact within the store for external operational contractors.QualificationsAble to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced role within a similar environment.Have strong leadership skills.Flexible in this varied role.Be able to pay attention to detail.You must have the ability to remain calm and professional in all emergency situations and be able to react to operational emergencies.Have the confidence to promote Loss Prevention/Health and Safety across the store, be able to train the store team to increase loss prevention awareness.Have excellent organisational skills.In return we offerA great working environment with quality breakout areas.Bonus Scheme30% staff discount that can be used in all our stores and 20% with most of our concession partners.L&D opportunities including eLearning and Apprenticeships28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.Refer a friend scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
