Hours: Full Time role (37.5 hours per week) (Requires flexibility to attend events, some of which may occur during evenings or weekends, with time off in lieu provided)

The Role
The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the Admissions department. This includes the planning, coordination, and delivery of key activities such as Open Days, testing sessions, and engagement events.
The role will also focus on driving continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing operational processes and procedures. Working closely with the wider Admissions team, the Assistant Operations Manager will help optimise workflows, maintain accurate records, and support the use of admissions-related technologies.
