The Main Focus of the Role:

As Assistant Producer, you'll be working across a range of shows and dayparts, helping to shape and deliver compelling radio and digital content. You’ll be a creative force behind the scenes, supporting both live and pre-recorded programming.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering live studio production support Managing and communicating with presenters and guests Producing, editing and publishing radio and podcast content Generating ideas and creating content for both broadcast and social platforms Supporting commercial campaigns, competitions, and promotions Collaborating with programming, music, social, video and digital teams to enhance audience engagement Assisting with event production and outside broadcasts Creating and scheduling audio using tools like Zetta and Selector
