Role: Assistant Project Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nSalary: £35-45k (Depending on Experience)\n\nTo manage the delivery of a simple design project or assist in management of a complex design project within project performance guidelines\n\nJob Description\n\n * Management of multidisciplinary water design\n\n * Deliver projects on time within cost and of sufficient quality that meet client specifications\n\n * Co-ordinate and manage commercial contract requirements under NEC contracts\n\n * Update and manage project programme\n\n * Maintain communication with the client and achieve client satisfaction.\n\n * Report project position and progress to senior level on a regular basis\n\n * Effective communication and interfaces with supply chain and internal design teams\n\n * Prepare tenders for water design projects with input from engineering teams\n\nExperience Required\n\n * Two to five years’ experience working in one or more of the following areas:\n\n * Engineering design in a regulated industry (see list below)\n\n * Project engineering in a regulated industry (see list below)\n\n * Project management of engineering design\n\n * Project management of construction in a regulated industry (see list below)\n\n * Design management\n\n * Graduate or HND\n\n * Keen interest and enthusiasm for project management
