Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £21.14ph paye

Job Purpose

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will help to support the development and delivery of traffic engineering schemes, working closely with designers, senior project managers, contractors, and a range of internal and external partners. In this role, you will assist with project planning, monitoring progress, preparing documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement. You will help apply relevant policies, processes, and design standards, ensuring health and safety requirements — including the CDM Regulations 2015 — are embedded throughout project stages. This is an excellent development opportunity, offering structured progression and exposure to the full project lifecycle as you build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to take on more complex responsibilities within highways project management. About You: You will have an interest in highways, traffic engineering, and project delivery, with an enthusiasm for developing your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Some experience supporting projects — ideally in highways, engineering, or construction — is beneficial, but your willingness to learn and contribute is equally important.
