A well established Lloyd's market insurer seeks a Claims Adjuster with a proven track record in handling Property Binder claims and experience of managing people or mentoring. This role will be managing a portfolio of claims, mainly of a more complex nature, overseeing the work of the Claims Adjusters, setting and monitoring team members' appraisals and objectives, and ensuring that all claims are handled cost effectively.
