Key Responsibilities: Reviewing reports to ensure they are ready and accurate to send to the landlord and tenant Arranging quotes for maintenance and cleaning, whether that is tenant or landlord responsibility Ensure you are acting promptly when check out reports are received Raising formal disputes with when required, ensuring you comply with deadlines set out Negotiating with both tenant and landlord to come to a mutual agreement, before proceeding with disputes Updating utility providers when tenants move out/in Ensuring the void period is paid by the landlord and the dates are correct
