Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Providing administrative support to the Student Lettings Property Management team, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the portfolio
- Booking and coordinating property inspections, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and routine visits
- Assisting with end‑of‑tenancy processes, including handling deposit returns in line with regulations and company procedures
- Collating, tracking, and coordinating works and maintenance programmes, particularly during the busy summer turnaround period
- Processing maintenance invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and approval where required
- Managing and monitoring maintenance issues through Fixflo, liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure timely resolution
- Preparing, issuing, and recording tenant notices and correspondence
- Supporting compliance administration, including safety certifications, statutory checks, and record keeping
- Maintaining accurate property, tenant, and landlord records across internal systems
- Working closely with Property Managers, contractors, and other departments to ensure a consistent and professional service delivery
