Assistant Property/Block ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join a well established property management company based in North London. Working closely with senior property managers and the head of department, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio while developing your expertise within the management industry.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputesAssist and develop from senior property managers and work closely with Head of Property ManagementHandling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, and managing agentsOrganising statutory compliance (Gas Safety, Electrical Certificates, EPCs)Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficientlyArranging tenancy renewals and negotiating updated termsConducting property inspectionsSupporting overseas landlords and assisting with new property onboardingGeneral office administration, including enquiries and key managementAbout You:Previous experience in property/lettings/lblock management (preferred)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and client service abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload with initiativeFull UK driving licence (Preferred)What We Offer:£28,000 + Monday - FridayOngoing training and professional developmentHands-on experience across all aspects of property managementOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, supportive environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management within a collaborative and ambitious team.Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
