Assistant Property Manager - Commercial

Investigo have partnered with a UK leading property organisation, who are at the forefront of sustainable Real Estate Management, on a search for an Assistant Property Manager based at a Commercial site in Central London.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be working as part of a team of 3, supporting on wide breadth of areas including, health & safety, financials, events and fit-outs. As you'll be supporting two team members with different skillsets, you'll gain invaluable exposure which will support your career growth. Furthermore my client will sponsor your IOSH training.

The building is brand new having only opened in October, so this is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in something from it's early stages of infancy. You'll also build relationships with tenants once the building has been fully leased, meaning you'll need energy and drive and a passion to deliver a service.
