The Quantity Surveyor Role They have an exciting position available within their Commercial Team for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with approximately 2 years experience to work on projects on some of the most prestigious commercial office space in London. They are looking for an individual to carry out both Pre and Post Contract duties with an established existing team reporting to a Quantity Surveyor Roles & Responsibilities Include: Attend site at regular intervals to value works completed Price Variations to the BQ, revised drawings and specifications Price Variations from Qualification and expenditure of the provisional sums Provide detailed rate build ups where necessary
