Job Description

Our client is a well established Cost Management and Project Management consultancy working on variety of projects within the public and private sectors including residential, heritage, education and leisure.\nThey are looking for a post-graduate QS looking to commence with the APC. Ideally you will be at pre -APC level, this opportunity offers full support for the APC and are very successful with career development.\nIdeally you will have some commercial experience and looking for a long term career working on diverse and interesting projects.\nThis position also offers 1 day a week working remotely following an initial period\nKnowledge and/ or experience with:\n * Cost Estimating\n * Procurement and Tendering\n * JCT and NEC Forms of Contract\n * Contract Administration/ Employers Agent\n * Measurement to NRM2 standard\n * Project Financial Control and Reporting\n * Valuations\n * Risk Management\n * Software\n * Building Regs knowledge
