Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Workplace Type: Onsite
Location: Central London
We are currently working with a specialist super-prime residential refurbishment contractor delivering design-led, high-quality projects across central London and the Home Counties. Their schemes range up to £10,000,000, involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades.
Due to a strong pipeline for 2026 and continued growth, they’re now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career QS with 3 years’ experience who wants hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle in a super prime residential market.
What they are looking for:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in the high end residential market
• Understanding of cost control, procurement and commercial processes
• Someone proactive, eager-to-learn individual ready to develop under a Senior QS
