Assistant Quantity Surveyor\nConstruction Consultancy\nManchester\nUp to £40,000\nAbout the company\nA well established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team based in Manchester.\nA multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who provide comprehensive services in Cost and Project Management.\nThe successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who acknowledge their staff are their biggest asset and provide an enjoyable and flexible work space.\nAbout the role:\nThe successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value.\nInitially, the projects will be all public sector.\nYour role will include :\n * Prepare tendering documents\n * Provide Contract Administration services.\n * Provide support on management of project final accounts\n * Support with life cycle costing\nThe role would ideally suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking to push on with their career and become chartered through RICS.\nThe successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, should they desire.\nAbout the requirements:\n * The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor needs to have at least one year experience\n * Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.\n * A desire to complete the APC\n * Be able to obtain security clearance\nAbout the salary:\n * Up to £40,000\n * Generous Annual Leave entitlement\n * Proven APC support\n * Structured career progression\nIf you are a Consultancy based Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor of any level and seeking a new role, please contact Damian Eatwell at ReWork Recruitment.\nDE/121/AQS/LON
