Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets. • Support in the procurement of subcontractors and materials. • Help manage project finances and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and issue tender documents, contracts, and variations. • Assist with valuations, payments, and final accounts. • Provide support in identifying and managing commercial risks. • Liaise with site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and costs. Requirements: • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (placement year or post-graduate role acceptable). • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Good understanding of construction methods and technology. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with industry software (e.g., COINS, Bluebeam, or Causeway) is desirable. • Full UK driving licence.
