Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant QS to join a forward-thinking Industrial & Logistics main contractor on projects in Dartford.

Key responsibilities:

\n Support senior QSs with day-to-day commercial tasks.

\n

Assist in valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor liaison.

\n

Prepare and review project documentation and submittals.

\n

Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress.

\n

Support tendering and procurement processes.

\n

You’ll need:

\n Previous experience in a QS or trainee QS role, preferably with a main contractor.

\n

Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.

\n

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

\n

Ambition to learn and progress in a supportive environment.

\n
