What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Budget Bossing: Help craft accurate cost estimates and budgets that keep our projects on track.
  • Supplier Whispering: Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure top-notch materials at the best prices.
  • Cost Commanding: Keep a close eye on project spend, spotting savings and steering clear of overspend.
  • Paperwork Perfection: Process purchase orders, invoices, and financial docs with laser-sharp accuracy.
  • Team Syncing: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, architects, and other pros to keep things running smoothly.
  • Site Scouting: Visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and tackle any hiccups.
  • Reporting Rockstar: Maintain crystal-clear financial records and share insights with senior management.


Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in quantity surveying—bonus points if it’s in hotels or residential builds.
  • Tech-savvy with cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical thinking that turns data into decisions.
