Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a 5 star House Builder/Developer working as part of a commercial team About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor Your role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be to work as part of a commercial team on RC Frame residential projects with a well known developer in West London. The project is currently on site and you will be required to manage packages from procurement though to final accounting. Managing subcontract packages Managing payments to subcontractors Feeding in to CVRs Measuring works The initial project is in West London and you must be willing to work on site up to 4 days per week Requirements: The company are looking for a candidate with experience working ideally with another main contractor or developer managing subcontractor packages. The ideal candidate is someone who is a highly motivated and keen to join a business with excellent training and progression on offer and someone who wants to build a career in surveying.
