A modern, expanding Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their new London offices, a short distance from the Ned.\n\nThe Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role\n\nThe successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a growing team of 20+, split evenly between Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, who are primarily working on residential projects with some industrial schemes thrown in.\n\nDay to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out pre and post contract services on a mixture of new build, high-rise, later living, build to rent and other residential schemes.\n\nThe Assistant Quantity Surveyor \n\nCompleted a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying\nWorking towards becoming MRICS\n1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience (post grad)\nPre and post contract knowledge\nResidential project experience would be a plus\nWorked within a QS consultancy /PQS practiceIn Return?\n\n£35,000 - £45,000\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nAn array of social events\nAPC support\nProfessional fees\nPension\nFlexible working\nFast-paced career progression\nHealthcare\nWork phone and laptop\nBonus schemeIf you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Daniel Foster at Foster & May.\n\nRef: #586\n\nAssistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultant
