Assistant Quantity Surveyor | Salary: Up to £37k (DOE) + Company Car / Allowance + Excellent Benefits | Location: Leeds We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction and off-site solutions business based near Morley. This role will support the commercial team in the successful delivery of modular construction projects across a range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant QS looking to further develop their commercial career within a structured and supportive environment, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle. The role: Support the commercial management of multiple construction projects Assist with subcontractor procurement, including issuing tender packages and analysing submissions Contribute to the preparation of scopes of works and subcontract orders Assist with subcontractor payments, including compilation and issue of payment notices Support the administration and execution of subcontract agreements and appointments Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation in line with company policy Assist with cost tracking, reporting and general commercial controls Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication Support commercial best practice and contribute to continuous process improvement
