Salary£40,000 + Benefits + Guaranteed Bonus

The Role
You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive commercial team, directly reporting to the Commercial Director, while receiving hands-on mentoring to sharpen your QS skills.
You’ll gain experience across a diverse range of sectors, working on live sites, in the office, and from home in a flexible 6-day work model:
2 Days from Home
2 Days from Office
2 Days on Site (where needed across the Midlands)What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations.
Working closely with senior team members on contract administration and project delivery.
Managing project records, reporting on costs, and learning end-to-end commercial processes.
Supporting key construction projects and ensuring value for money is delivered.What We’re Looking For
2–4 years' experience in a construction environment (ideal for degree-qualified candidates ready to take the next step).
Enthusiasm to grow within a structured, well-mentored team.
